Application:
Design, manufacture, project management and system integration of logistic sortation and warehousing system for textile warehouse

Incoming supplies from 4 lines will be merged into main conveyor line. After merging, these supplies will be scanned and weighted to match with the record in the database (WCS – Warehouse Control System)

Rejected goods will be identified and separated to “Rejected section” for manual inspection and processing
æ Accepted good will be routed to specific areas – collection into warehouse or dispatch, according to the database setting
æ
95% of supplies are in standard size dimension (some come with plastic & metal bands), maximum weight is 25kg per carton

Required sorting and distribution capacity of 3,000 items per hour

Warehouse operation in a 6-level building with limited space

Incoming supplies will be segregated via RF barcode according to the database, before loading onto the plastic pallet with barcode labelling.
æ The pallet will be transported to specific areas according to the database via integrated lifting pallet system

Large volume turnaround of products with diverse size and packing (carton, plastic packing or tote box), included fresh goods, beverage, stationery, garment, tools etc, maximum 25kg per carton.
